EMIS SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT
The EMIS system is owned by HRP Associates Inc. (HRP). The EMIS system is being provided to St. Thomas University with the permission of HRP for the sole and exclusive use of St. Thomas University. This system is not to be copied or reproduced, distributed, or provided to any other entities, individuals, or third parties, in any way or form.
The EMIS system may be pre-populated with data that was entered by HRP and/or St. Thomas University personnel. It is the responsibility of St. Thomas University to verify the accuracy of the pre-populated data, to conduct all future data entry, deletion, or modification, and to determine the ability of these systems to meet St. Thomas University’s objectives and requirements. HRP accept no responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the EMIS system and the data contained therein. By accepting this agreement and logging into the EMIS system you acknowledge your acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. No warrantees or guarantees are expressed or implied.
